Antique Chinese Wooden Carvings
As with our Chinese Window Screens, our antique Chinese carvings date back to 100 to 200 years ago. Often they were used in furniture, doorways, or in other household locations, but as homes are dismantled and replaced, the carvings are pulled out so they can be enjoyed by future generations. Each is delicately carved, usually in one solid piece of wood, integrated with the frame, always in extraordinary detail.
